These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website prime-step-web.com, operated by Prime-step-web S.R.L. By using the site, you accept these terms in full.

Prime-step-web S.R.L., NIT 1029384756017, FUNDEMPRESA commercial registry 00412876, Municipal operating licence GAMLP-LF-2026-00785, registered office at Av. Arce No. 2345, Floor 7, Torre Empresarial, La Paz, Plurinational State of Bolivia.
2. Purpose
The site offers free content and, in the future, premium content, dedicated to financial education for households and microbusinesses in Bolivia. It does not constitute regulated financial advice or investment recommendations.
3. Non-regulated nature
Prime-step-web S.R.L. is not registered as a financial intermediation entity with the Financial System Supervisory Authority (ASFI). No information published here should be understood as an offer, recommendation or personalised advice. Financial decisions are the sole responsibility of each user.
4. Proper use of the site
You agree to: (a) use the site in accordance with Bolivian law and in good faith; (b) refrain from actions that jeopardise its operation (mass scraping, reverse engineering, denial-of-service attacks); (c) not use the content for unlawful purposes.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of La Paz, waiving any other forum that might apply.
