Privacy policy
At Prime-step-web S.R.L. we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and what your rights are under the Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and Information Technology, and Supreme Decree No. 1793.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the subscription form: name and email address. We also collect aggregated technical data such as browser type, operating system and pages visited, through anonymous analytics cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) send you the introductory guide and weekly educational emails; (b) measure aggregated interest in our content; (c) respond to your queries; and (d) comply with applicable Bolivian legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your free, explicit and informed consent, granted when you submit the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to privacidad@prime-step-web.com.
5. Retention period
We keep your data while your subscription is active and for up to 24 additional months after unsubscription, exclusively for legal traceability. After that period, data is permanently deleted.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it with technical providers (email delivery and hosting services) bound by confidentiality contracts and located in data centres within South America.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability at any time by writing to privacidad@prime-step-web.com, attaching a copy of your identity document. We reply within a maximum of 15 business days.
8. Security measures
We apply encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, two-factor authentication for staff, and annual security audits, in line with ISO/IEC 27001 best practices.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or operational improvements. We will publish the date of the last update at the top of the document and, if changes are material, we will notify you by email.
